Medium Trust optimizations

description

Modify MVC SiteMap provider to run under Medium Trust.

I've attached patches to two files:
I'm using MvcSiteMapProvider from tag 2.3.0 on a shared host under Medium Trust now.

Not quite finished....
In order to run under in a .Net4 environment you also need to add:
[assembly: AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers]

Excuse my ignorance but I can not use the MvcSiteMap provider in Medium Trust.

What should I do with this file? "MediumTrustPatch.zip"?

I downloaded (Via NuGet) the latest version of MvcSiteMap and I can not use the command @Html.MvcSiteMap().Menu()
