Reviews for this release

Very unproductive and unclear. I'm trying to make a website with simple dynamic navigation. I want to combine between attributes navigation and DynamicNodeProvider generators, it either doesn't call the GetDynamicNodeCollection at all, or complains about duplicate keys. What I don't understand is why on earth I need the Mvc.sitemap at all if the entire thing is to be dynamic.
